Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (hygiene, assembly, installation), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled/uninstalled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact. For bath towels, they must be unopened, unwashed, with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Towels that have been removed from packaging, used, or washed (hygiene reasons); bathroom cabinets that have been assembled or installed; toilet paper holders that have been mounted or show signs of installation.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts. Cabinets must be disassembled.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For large items (cabinets), costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured freight service.

  4. A 15-20% restocking fee may apply for cabinets.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries (cabinets), note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Parts
If your cabinet or holder arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.

Color & Material Variations
Due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations (fabric dye lots, wood grain), actual colors may vary slightly. These minor variations are not considered defects.
